INGREDIENTS
3,5 oz CAMBOZOLA
1,8 oz ROUGETTE Bavarian Red
1,8 oz Fiorella DI TOMINO
1,8 oz soft cheese of your choice
1,8 oz Alpine mountain cheese
1,8 oz Parmesan
3 tbsp. jam
2,6 oz sun-dried tomatoes
3,5 oz grapes
1,8 oz dates
2,6 oz olives
1,8 oz almonds
1,8 oz cashews
2,6 oz breadsticks
1,8 oz crackers
2,6 oz a small baguette
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash and drain the grapes. Slice the CAMBOZOLA, ROUGETTE Bavarian Red, Fiorella DI TOMINO, a soft cheese of your choice, Alpine mountain cheese, and Parmesan. Place the jam, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes in separate bowls.
2. Arrange the cheese, grapes, jam, olives, and sundried tomatoes on a large platter. Garnish with walnuts and cashews. Serve with a small baguette, breadsticks, and crackers.
