
INGREDIENTS
1 BONFIRE Crispy Camembert for Frying (2 x 90g)
4.4 oz diced ham
1.8 oz slivered almonds
2 nectarines
1 head of leaf lettuce
1 piece of ginger (about 20 g)
1 clove of garlic
1 orange
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp pink peppercorns
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel the ginger and garlic. Finely dice both. Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir in the
oil.
2. Wash the lettuce, shake it dry, and tear it into pieces. Wash the nectarines, cut them in half, remove the pits, and cut into wedges. Toast the almonds in a pan without oil until golden brown. Fry the diced ham in a pan without oil until crispy.
3. Prepare BONFIRE Crispy Camembert for Frying on a hot grill or in a pan according to the package instructions. Let cool and cut into strips. Mix the
lettuce, nectarines, and vinaigrette, then arrange on a plate. Top with BONFIRE Crispy Camembert for Frying strips, slivered almonds, and diced ham. Sprinkle with pink pepper berries.
