
INGREDIENTS
2 packagesBrietteCreamy & ButteryRed (varietyasdesired)
30 chunkspineapple (canned)
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
4 tsp. oliveoil
6 tbsp. teriyakisauce
4 tbsp. sesame
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Cut the cheese into pieces about the same size as the vegetables.
2.Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the onions and bell pepper in the oil for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then deglaze with 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil, then cook for 1 minute and remove from the pan. Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in the pan and sauté the pineapple on all sides until light brown.
3.Arrange alternating chunks of Brie, onion, bell pepper and pineapple on skewers. Serve on a plate, sprinkled with sesame.
